Our websites are setup on our servers automatically. Setup usually takes around 10 minutes and you will receive an E-mail with your login details as soon as setup has been completed.

No, all the technical stuff is taken care of so you can get on with running your business. You control everything from an online control panel and help pages are available throughout the system and - of course - we are also here to help if you get stuck.

Yes, you automatically get a 30 day free trial when you sign up and no payment details are taken until you decide to purchase. You can purchase your package at any point in your trial period without losing any trial days. There is absolutely no obligation if you do not want to continue using the service.

Yes, if you are on the Business Lite package you can upgrade to the Business Pro package from inside your GreenTrigger.com account. Upgrades are usually completed within 15 minutes.

No, Business Lite packages are designed to be upgradable to Business Pro without affecting any of your data.

You can add more products from inside your GreenTrigger.com account. Product upgrades are instant and run on a monthly subscription at a cost of 1p per product per month. You can choose how many extra products you want to add (minimum 250), giving you the room to grow your website as you need to.

One of the most unique parts of our websites is the control over you have over the design. You can select from a template, edit it to suit your design or design your website from scratch using a simple drag and drop system giving you the power of a web designer without having to code. Accepting Payments

All greentrigger websites accept payments through PayPal, you simply need to sign up for a Free PayPal account at PayPal.com to start accepting payments straight away.

No, with the business pro package you can use PayPal Payments Pro (You will need to be approved for a PayPal Payments Pro account by PayPal) which allows you to take card payments directly on your website. You will also need to have an SSL Certificate installed.

Domain Names

Domain names are locations on the internet that allow people to easily find your site. For example, our domain name is Greentrigger.com.

Yes, you will need to change the nameservers entry with the company who registered your domain name for you. This task is usually quite straight forward and further information on changing your nameservers entry will be E-mailed to you after purchase.

Don't worry, you can choose to register one when you place your order. Prices vary depending on the extension you choose.

It can take up to 72 hours, however, it is often much quicker.

While nameservers are usually updated straight away it can take up to 72 hours for the changes to take effect.

SSL Certificates

An SSL certificate encrypts (or scrambles) information as it is transmitted across the internet keeping the information safe and secure.

It is strongly recommended as they instill customer trust and should ultimately result in more sales. You will also not be able to use PayPal Payments Pro to accept payments on your site if you don't have an SSL Certificate installed. You should be aware that no card data will ever be sent over an unsecure connection, instead your customer will be transferred over to PayPals secure servers to complete thier purchase.

SSL Certifcates cost £ 60 excluding VAT for the year. This price includes installation so no technical knowledge is required.

Depending on the circumstances they are usually installed within 24-72 hours. If your website is running then you will experience a short period of downtime during the installation as we move your site to a dedicated IP address.

Billing

When you sign up for a package a subscription is set up for you using PayPal and your payment will automatically be taken at specific periods depending on the billing cycle you have chosen. Longer billing cycles will result in discounts.

If your payment fails PayPal will re-attampt to take payment at a later date. Nothing will happen to your service during this period.

These are billed at your request. Domain names last for the period you choose to register them for (minimum 1 year) and SSL certificates will last for 1 year before they need to be renewed. When your domain or SSL certificate is up for renewal you will be able to renew them from inside your account.

Sorry, no, the billing system is quite complex and relies on accounts being setup online so billing can be managed automatically.

You can cancel your subscription from inside your PayPal account, this will automatically register inside your GreenTrigger account. Your service will continue to run until the end of the current subscription period after which point your website will be taken down.

Yes, you can do this from inside your GreenTrigger account. You will only have a limited period of time to re-instate any subscription after your subscription period ends before your website is removed from the servers.

We cannot offer refunds for Domain Names once they have been registered, this is because there is no way to cancel a registered domain with the registrar.

We cannot offer refunds for SSL Certificates once we have started the installation process, this is because there is no way to cancel an SSL Certificate with the certificate authorities.
